The Department of Information Technologies and Communications of the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena together with the Association for Microwave Power in Europe for Research and Education (AMPERE) are pleased to announce the 3rd Global Congress on Microwave Energy Applications (3rd GCMEA) which will be kindly hosted at the Facultad de Ciencias de la Empresa (Faculty of Business) of the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena, Cartagena, Spain, July 25-29, 2016.

The Faculty of Business is located next to the seafront and the marina, walking-distance to city centre, cultural and touristic places. Cartagena is famous due to its unique artistic heritage, with a number of ruins such as the Roman Theatre and a lot of Phoenician, Roman, Byzantine and Moorish archaeological remains.
